Shipping
Every piece ships from Bangkok within 1–3 business days. You get the tracking number by email when it ships.
- Thailand: free. Usually arrives in 1–3 days.
- Asia: $30. Usually 3–7 business days.
- Rest of the world: $50. Usually 7–14 business days.
- Free international shipping on orders over $150.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer around holidays or in customs.
Customs and duties
Shipping does not include import duties or taxes in your country. These are set by your country, paid by you and collected by the courier on delivery. Please check them before you order.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, the courier may return or destroy it, and it cannot be refunded.
Address
Please write your full address in English. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or incomplete, we can send it again once the new shipping cost is paid.
Holding a piece
Every piece is one of one. When you press Checkout it is held for you for 15 minutes. If you have not paid by then it goes back on sale.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order until it ships. Email [email protected] with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
Returns
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check the size guide before you buy.
- If the size is not right, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We review each case individually.
- If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will refund you in full, including shipping. Hand-made differences in paint and fabric are not faults.
- Returned pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with the tag on.
- Refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 7–14 business days.
